Travelers, Welcome to the El Mina Shriners Home on the web. The Shriners is an international fraternity of approximately 375,000 members of 194 Temples throughout the United States, Mexico, Germany, The Phillippines, Puerto Rico, Canada and The Republic of Panama. The Shriner's official philanthropy is Shriners Hospitals for Children, a network of 22 hospitals changing lives every day through innovative pediatric specialty care, world-class research and outstanding medical education. Our hospitals provide advanced care for children with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate. This is all at no charge for children under the age of 18. In order to continue our mission, Shriners Hospitals for Children relies on the generous donations of Shriners and the general public. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Feel free to browse this web site, and see for yourself how Shriners support our hospitals and how much fun we have while doing it. If you know a child Shriners Hospitals might be able to help, or just have questions about being a Shriner yourself, contact us.
